Ava's passion for performance was kindled at a young age, from staging “very serious” interpretive dance pieces at family gatherings to performing her illustrious “sad ABCs” — a tearful rendition of the alphabet song. Her early years were also marked by a decade of competitive gymnastics, a discipline that only deepened her love for performance. The day after she hung up her leotard, she was cast as the lead in her middle school musical, igniting a love for acting that grows stronger with every role.

Whether portraying Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker or a rehab patient with superpowers, Ava is drawn to characters with an edge — women whose inner worlds are complex, contradictory, and unpredictable. Rooted in emotional truth and grounded naturalism, her work explores the darker, stranger, and more vulnerable dimensions of the human experience.

Passionate about feminist storytelling and mental health advocacy, Ava is committed to stories that give women complexity, agency, and a voice. Through her work, she hopes to inspire others to confront self-doubt, reclaim their voices, and embrace their ambitions.

Ava has appeared in film and television projects for HBO, FX, Netflix, and more, collaborating with industry figures including Adam Sandler, Jennifer Lynch, Jason Bateman, Jude Law, Jennifer Lopez, Jaeden Martell, and Beanie Feldstein.

Ava is the lead singer of the acoustic duo The Ravens, performing country, rock, and pop favorites at restaurants, private events, country clubs, and bars throughout New Jersey and New York. She also performs with a variety of rock bands at weddings, parties, festivals, and other venues, and has appeared in cabarets at Don’t Tell Mama NYC, 54 Below, and The Green Room 42. While at NYU, Ava was a soprano in the university’s premier acappella group, The Cleftomaniacs, which has garnered multiple national accolades over the years.
